About Coffs Coast Family Care
Serving the Coffs Coast for over 40 years, Coffs Coast Family Care (formerly Coffs Harbour Family Day Care) prioritizes small group settings, natural play-based learning, and high-quality early education. Since 1984, we've been a trusted provider of family day care, supported by a dedicated team of six staff members who oversee a network of local educators.
Our service extends across the greater Coffs Coast region, from South Grafton and Ulmarra in the north, to Macksville and Nambucca in the south, and Nana Glen and Bellingen in the west. We are committed to offering reliable, flexible, and affordable child care options while providing comprehensive support to our educators.
With deep expertise in Early Childhood Education, our staff ensures the best standards of care. Currently, we offer Family Day Care, In-Venue Family Day Care, and At-Home Care, tailored to meet the unique needs of each child. Looking ahead, we aim to expand our services to include Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) and Play Groups, further enriching the lives of local families.

What We Do

Our Team
Tracey
Tracey holds a Diploma in Business Administration. With a background in administration and extensive experience in Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC) as an Educator and Nominated Supervisor, her primary role is as a devoted wife and mother of four. Tracey was drawn to CCFC by her passion for play-based learning and her positive experiences with Family Day Care (FDC) as a parent and committee member. She finds reward in making a genuine difference in families’ lives and valuing educators. Outside of work, Tracey loves family time, camping, and has a sweet tooth for chocolate.
Brooke
Brooke joins Coffs Coast Family Care with a Diploma in Children’s Services and extensive experience in early childhood education. Her career includes roles as a Centre Manager in long day care and Out of School Hours Care (OOSHC), as well as working as an educator across all age groups. Drawn to CCFC for its small team and shared values, Brooke finds great fulfillment in supporting educators and connecting with them and the children. She brings her knowledge as an educator and ex-family day care educator to enhance the services.
Lynette
Lynette brings over 30 years of experience in early learning services. With a Bachelor of Education and an Associate Diploma in Social Sciences, Lynette has held roles including early childhood teacher, Centre Director, and mentor, helping services achieve the best outcomes for children and families.
